Main Usage:
(a)For Food
PH adjust agent: Sodium lactate can stabilize the pH value of the product effectively, is widely used in processing of poultry products and pasta products, can enhance flavor and maintain moisture.
Preservatives: Sodium lactate can integrate with free water of products, to lowers the water activity of products effectively, and to prevent microbial growth. It can be used in the processing and storage of meat, seafood and noodle products to inhibit the corruption bacteria like Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella and E. coli bacteria and the breeding of pathogens, to improve product safety and extended products' shelf- life.
Moisturizing agents: Sodium lactate has an excellent moisturizing effect, can extend shelf life in the food industry.
